Return Policy: TERMS OF SERVICE

All prices are indicated in Euros excl. VAT . For orders from inside the EU 19% VAT will be added for all physical goods.

Etui Records is not responsible for any additional taxes by your local tax / customs authorities.

REFUND POLICY

The customer shall have fourteen (14) days within which to return or exchange at his/her own cost, any product ordered by the customer. Beyond that time limit refunds and exchanges are not accepted. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to the following address: Etui Records, Oliver Hartmann, Glashütter Str. 56, Germany, enclosing the initial invoice. It shall be the customer’s responsibility to retain all proof of return; this implies returning his/her order by registered mail, or any loss will be at his responsibility. If the above stated conditions are fulfilled, Etui Records shall refund the customer for the total amount of his/her order, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, except for the cost of returning which sall be borne by the customer.
